How often should I have my garden cleaned?
We recommend a regular cleaning schedule to maintain a clean and hygienic garden. While most customers opt for weekly or bi-weekly visits, the frequency can be adjusted based on the size of your garden and the number of dogs you have.
How much does it cost to remove my dogs waste?
Our services start from just £48 per month, depending on the number of dogs and the frequency of cleaning required.
Do I need to be home for the service?
As long as we can access the area that requires cleaning, you don’t need to be home. We will, however, notify you an hour before our arrival to ensure you’re informed.
What happens to the dog waste after it’s collected?
After scooping your dog’s waste, we double-bag it and dispose of it in your general waste bin. We then disinfect all our equipment and footwear with a kennel-grade disinfectant. Finally, we notify you via your preferred communication method to confirm that your service is complete and your garden is secured.
Can I cancel or change my service?
You can cancel your subscription anytime logging into your account or reaching out to us at [email protected].
How do I pay for the service?
Our services run on a subscription model, with monthly payments processed via credit or debit card.
How does your service benefit the health of our dogs and family members?
No matter which service you select, we treat soiled areas (excluding natural grass) with a concentrated, dog-safe disinfectant that eliminates harmful parasites, viruses, and bacteria. These contaminants can easily enter your home on footwear and your pet’s paws, so we take extra care to protect your living environment.
To prevent the spread of parasites and diseases, we sterilise our tools and footwear with a strong kennel grade disinfectant before leaving every property.
Do you offer any other services?
We provide an odour removal service using a dog-friendly, enzyme-based spray that targets and eliminates odours at their source.
What areas do you cover?
We currently cover Derby and the surrounding areas. If you fall outside of this area, contact us as we still may be able to help.
As we grow we plan to extend our services further afield.
